For qualifying orders placed on or after March 2, 2026, Sun Home publishes limited lifetime residential coverage on cabinetry and heaters for Eclipse and Pod, with limited lifetime defined as up to seven years. Luminar has additional exterior cabin terms. Equinox and Solstice publish seven years on cabinetry and heaters for residential use. Nova and Solaris have their own traditional sauna terms.
What happens after the first 90 days
Sun Home states that labor and shipping are included during the first 90 days for applicable current warranty coverage. After that period, customers can be responsible for labor and shipping even when a covered component qualifies for replacement. The warranty is also non transferable.
